TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE

How Important Are the Decisions You Make?

Leadership is a lonely position.  Big decisions require wise counsel.  The more critical the decision, the more important the counsel becomes.

Do you have the proper support system to help you with decisions?  Do you find yourself struggling, as described by Winston Churchill, “Want of foresight, unwillingness to act when action would be simple and effective, lack of clear thinking, confusion of counsel until the emergency comes, until self-preservation strikes its jarring gong – these are the features which constitute the endless repetition of history.”

A coach can help you make better decisions when the:

  • Issues and benefits don’t translate simply into spreadsheets
  • Factors are not appropriate to discuss with your co-workers
  • Impact not easily understood by friends or family, even your spouse
  • When the same old approach isn’t adequate for the risk

After all, two heads are better than one. Especially two heads with independent experiences and lessons learned.

If you need a second head, I can help.
