One of the primary causes for company underperformance is a lack of alignment between the owner’s needs and the business’ needs.  Without this alignment, the company will lack the clarity needed for commitment, and be unable to generate organizational trust.

In this 30-day, one-on one program, the business owner will work with Closing Strong to define the clarity needed for a high-performance business in four key areas.

It all starts with the owner’s Personal Purpose, including why they started a business in the first place. This is the owner’s WHY.  If the owner’s purpose is not being fulfilled the result is conflict and inconsistency.

The second is the Business Purpose.  This is WHY the business exists (e.g, the need solved, the customers serviced, the employee role, and company culture.  All within the businesses’ role in fulfilling the owner’s Personal Purpose.

The third is the Business Mission.  In this context, the mission is WHAT the company does today and HOW it does it.  The mission is expressed in one or two sentences, then supplemented by 3 to 5 clarifying bullets.  The Business Mission should be legible and commonly understood by all stakeholders (e.g., employees, customers, and ownership).

Fourth is the Business Vision.  The vision is the mission at some set time in the future (typically 5 years).  The vision is written using the same format as the mission and with the same clarity.  One requirement of the vision is to fulfill the owner’s Personal Purpose with the same vigor as the Business Purpose.

Clarity on purpose and alignment allows everyone in the business to get on the same page, which makes goals clearer, tasks more meaningful, and performance improves.  The natural result is for the business (and its stakeholders) to have more fun and make more money.  This is the responsibility of the owner (or CEO) and sets the table for developing the strategies to move the company from the mission to the vision.

The price of this program is a fixed price of $995.  Sessions will be performed using Zoom (or by phone) and must be completed within 30 days.
